Evangelist Edet: Any Christian Who Celebrates Grammy Winners Will Miss Heaven

Grammy is a world stage, hence just as it is used to glorify the devil, it could also be used to the glory of God and win souls for His kingdom.

Acts 16:31, And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Luke 23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, today shalt thou be with me in paradise.

With so many people from different spheres of life in Africa, still basking in the euphoria of some artists from the continent winning grammies, a pastor from Nigeria, a state called Akwa Ibom, has expressed his disdain and warned that those who celebrates this auspicious win are simply making themselves hell bound.

Victor Edet, a pastor from Akwa Ibom State, has stated that the Grammy Award is of the devil and that any Christian who celebrates winners of the award will miss heaven.

According to him, Satan controls the music industry and many people have sold their souls to Satan just to win the Grammy Award.”GRAMMY AWARDS is of the Devil, many people have sold out there Souls to Satan just to Win that Vain Award.

Satan possesses and Control the Music Industry. Alot of Worldly Singer’s have Sacrificed their Mother, Friend’s, Father and Innocent Soul’s because of Awards and Fame. Do you know how many Innocent lives these Musicians have Sacrificed to Satan? Do you know the Dirty things they practice off Social Media?

If you are a Christian and; you Celebrate anyone who Wins those awards, get ready to Miss Heaven.” Strange enough, he has some supporters of this view,” it will engross no Heavenly conscious person imagine all that wordly stuff”!
You don’t need to Deceive yourself or act like you don’t know it involves almost all of them in Satanic and Demonic Covenants! one of those who shares his view opined.
No Heaven Conscious Person will be concerned with that!
However, there are those who disagree, too:

What if someone won a Grammy for singing “Jesus is King is kings” or “Christ died for our sins”, would those who celebrate such a person because he did so preaching the gospel also miss heaven?

I am as spiritually driven as it could get, however I think that sometimes we allow personal sentiments instead of the Spirit of God to lead ourselves.

Grammy is a world stage, hence just as it is used to glorify the devil, it could also be used to the glory of God and win souls for His kingdom.

Do you have any idea how many people tune in to watch those shows that have never been in the churches before?

Jesus said, “go into the world and preach the gospel…” not into the church (buildings)! Mark 16:15

Those who have God’s interest at heart and truly desire to win souls for His kingdom, should try as much as possible to be led by His Spirit at all times.

and not their personal sentiments, otherwise they could see themselves missing out on some souls that will be converted and be won for the Kingdom of God.

That’s how Jesus would have missed out on the soul of Samaritan woman had He followed the sentiments and preconceptions of His people, the Jews, and also His disciples, but He was led of the Spirit, hence He saved every soul that He ought to save including that of the Samaritan woman.

His perfect example is what I proffer to all who want to be likewise to follow.

Perhaps one might add, if this pastor is right, where does the following passage fit in our lives? John 3:18, He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. It is Jesus christ who has the keys to heaven. Our righteouness can not take us there perfectionism or works can not. It is only Jesus that can through our salvation. To sum it up, hear this words of our lord: John 14:6,Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
