The penchant to get retweets, likes, and accolades and twenty seconds of fame by pulling down notable pastors is becoming alarming in our society. It is a common phenomenon in Nigeria especially and the rest of the world to take on pastors and churches. Is is sad that despite the contribution of these ministries to development and nation building there still exists many detractors who will never want to hear or see them mentioned regarding their contribution. At the drop of a pin, they all will run to their platforms meant to lambast and defame the character of these men of God calling them names and dissecting them in every way possible with many following blindly like it is time for pastor phobia. Prominent amongst these critics is one daddy freeze who has ever mark and criticize the persons of Pastor Adeboye, a professor of mathematics and Bishop Oyedepo, an accomplished architect. Pastor Paul Enenche, a medical doctor himself, calls it a bipolar disorder and attention seeking psychopathic disorder. With 15,000 housing Estate in progress, Water factories, Zeolite factory, One Research center, a scholarship fund, Beverage factories, 10 million books, Publishing house, Radio Station etc who has had more impact or who will have better capacity to govern the nation…????? Canaanland hosts hundreds of thousands of people every week yet no stampede ever. Government gathered people at the stadium for recruitment exercise and before it even began, many were dead!
