Ifedayo Olarinde, AKA Daddy freeze, is not new to controversy and abuse of pastors in Nigerian churches. He was antagonists and was out to get them. For some time it looked he was succeeding and carrying most youths along. He once invited the general overseer of a Pentecostal church in the country to a debate, calling him a thief and a liar. He insulted those who have universities as fraudsters and asked why would they not give free scholarship to members of their teaming congregation? Olarinde’s controversial statements generated so much foray in the body of christ he gained prominence and became a poster boy for all who hated the church. he called his internet followers ‘free the nation movement. He once called a prominent “pastor short and balded,’ When it appears there was no one who called put the leash on him some prominent gospel singers had to call him to order by pointing out that he was not representing Christ as all he was doing so far had proved. Daddy freeze, not known to remain quiet when challenged came down hard on this gospel singer and it became an internet war between the both of them.
Ferr university education, which was the first broadcast of daddy freeze, is not free in anywhere in the world; university education is a very expensive venture and making it a free-for-all undergraduate from tuition to other necessity is not workable. Who will pay for the teachers? And other staff of such a school? Who will pay for the nonacademic staff? centres of excellence and reputable institution still attract hefty sums of tuition after you gain admission. Many accuse him of ‘selective amnesia’, and hate against churches and some who did not agree with him. here are some question for him:
